What is Baptism?
Baptism is an outward expression of an inward decision that allows a BELIEVER to Identify him or herself with Christ in a public way. It is the symbolic WASHING AWAY of one’s old, sinful past and the RISING again to the NEW LIFE Christ gives us.
“By our baptism then, we were buried with Him and shared His death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead... so also we may live a NEW LIFE.” Romans 6:4
